Am I allowed to leave my car?


As per the current COVID-19 protocols, patrons must stay within their vehicle at all times. Patrons are permitted to use the washrooms & buy food/merch from vendors on site however you must immediately return to your vehicle after. Wearing a mask is required at all times while outside of your vehicle.




Keep a safe distance


Patrons must maintain 6 feet from other patrons. Please remember to wash your hands and utilize hand sanitizer around the festival (available at the snack bar if you want to buy a personal one, or bring your own!). Will there be alcoholic drinks available at the festival?


Due to AGCO regulations around drinking and driving, no alcoholic drinks will be served. Your safety is our number one concern.




Is smoking allowed onsite?


Smoking cigarettes or cigars is permitted in your private vehicle, but smoking marijuana is strictly prohibited as it falls under AGCO regulations. Please be considerate of those around you and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. If you are caught littering, you will be subject to ejection at the discretion of the festival.




What if my car battery dies during the show?


If your battery dies please visit the Mustang concession booth where Drive-In staff will be able to assist you.





TICKETING

How much are tickets?


Ticket prices are based on a per car fee with a maximum of 5 persons per vehicle (or as many as there are legal seatbelts). All ticket prices include fees and taxes. VIP Purple: $325 GA Pink: $265 GA Orange: $225 GA Yellow: $195** **Zone 4 has the option of watching the Main Screen or Screen 2, which is to the immediate right of Zone 4. Both screens will broadcast a live feed of the stage.

What if I’m a single occupant, can I get a cheaper ticket?


Ticket prices are by vehicle and not the number of patrons in a vehicle. We encourage you to bring members of your social circle.




How do I know where to go when I get there?


Golden Hour staff will greet you upon arrival and direct you to your assigned Zone. Parking spots are on a first come, first serve basis. If you are a large or XL vehicle, you will be directed to the back row or side spots in your Zone.




What does a VIP ticket include?


Our VIP Ticket includes access to the ‘best seats in the house’ in our VIP Purple Zone, an invite for the ticket holder and a guest to our VIP Sunset Party on August 20th and a bag of treats from our partners. Are there restrictions on the size of vehicles permitted?


VIP does not permit large or XL vehicles such as minivans, trucks or SUVs. Large and XL are directed to purchase a GA Orange or Yellow ticket. If you purchase a ticket not in GA Orange or Yellow ticket, you will be parked at the end of the row so as to not obstruct the view of other cars. RVs, RideShare, Motorcycles and limousines are NOT permitted.





VENUE POLICY

If we don’t have a car, can we uber/taxi/lift/motorcycle or bike?


Unfortunately not. Patrons must arrive in the vehicle that will stay for the duration of the show. Patrons who arrive by foot, bike/motorbike, Uber/Lyft, etc. will not be permitted entry.




Are you pet friendly?


Pets must be on a leash at ALL TIMES. If your furry friend needs to use the washroom, please pick up after them and use the trash bins onsite.




Can I bring food & alcohol?


NO outside food, drinks or alcohol is permitted on site. Due to AGCO regulations around drinking and driving, Golden Hour is a dry festival and no alcoholic drinks will be served. All vehicles are subject to a flashlight trunk search upon entry to the event and you may be asked to pop your trunk to ensure no alcohol is being brought in to the festival. Your safety is our number one concern.




Are there washrooms onsite?


Yes! There is a washroom building onsite. Washrooms are sanitized every thirty minutes as per COVID-19 protocols.Patrons are required to wear a mask when using washrooms onsite.




Is there an ATM on-site?


The festival is a cashless event. There will be no ATMs available on site.




Is there food and beverage at the Drive-in?


Yes! Concessions are available onsite and details of what is available can be found here.

GETTING TO AND FROM THE SHOW

What if I arrive earlier or later than my assigned Arrival Time?


If you arrive outside of your assigned Arrival Time , our parking team may request that you wait in a designated queue until we can safely escort you to your zone.

What if I need to leave during the show?


You will be permitted to leave during the show if you need to. While moving throughout the site during the concert, please ensure you drive slowly with your hazard lights on. There are no re-entries once you have exited the venue.




How will the exit work?


Our staff will direct guests to the exit. Please be patient and follow the instructions of the staff members to ensure a smooth orderly exit. Your safety is our priority.
